THIS PIANO MEETUP & XMAS PARTY IS OPEN to your FRIENDS & FAMILY to come along!

The CONCERT will end at roughly 9.45pm-10pm, but if people want to hang out after that, you can stay as long as you want up to at least midnight if anyone is game. The bar will remain open. There'll be some bits and pieces of food. It will be a social event, our Xmas Party! It will end when it ends...

PIANISTS’ ARRIVAL

Not later than 7pm, earlier if you wish to take one of the practice slots for a warm-up.

PIANISTS

16 pianists @ 5-8 mins each

Some will want to play 2 - 3 shorter pieces, others will want to perform longer works. Suggest 5-8 mins as a rough guide then fine tune later to work out the exact programme so that everyone is happy. If necessary, I can not play to allow more time.

PROGRAMME

Once you have formally booked your place for this one, please let us know what you would like to play, absolute latest with a week's notice.   We need to decide on a running order as I’d like to prepare and print programmes so it’s all done nicely and calmly.
