RESERVATIONS

Yes, we will welcome your surprise arrival on the night with open arms and gratefully accept cash or card payment.   
However, you will always receive more love from us when we know in advance you are planning to attend. (Think of our nerves…!)

UNEXPECTED AUDIENCE IN THE BAGGING AREA! TICKETS

No tickets are issued.  Once you have reserved or purchased a ticket either through card payment or online, your name will be on a TICKETS LIST on the door.  We are happy to send you an email confirmation if you wish.

SEATING

Seating is unreserved.  
Very special people (or just those who beg hard and get in quick with the request) can bagsy the armchair.  No bribes accepted.  Well, I say that…

LATECOMERS

If you arrive late, please wait patiently and quietly outside the front door.  We would be grateful if you would kindly not bang on the window or the front door as the sound will penetrate into the performance.   We will be able to spot you through the door so we will know you are waiting and will let you in at the first available opportunity.   (This request for consideration applies particularly to classical concerts.)

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

If you are unable to attend and notify us at least 48 hours in advance, we will do our best to allocate your ticket and refund you. Failing that, we may be able to offer you a ticket credit in some circumstances, at the discretion of the Management.  Of course we will always try to be understanding and flexible.
