We are happy to reserve seats unpaid when the event still has seats available and you promise hand on heart to show up. What works best for us, though, is if you would kindly buy your tickets in advance so we don’t have to take payment manually on arrival. ‘Tis quicker and easier!

Yes, we will welcome your surprise arrival on the night with open arms and gratefully accept cash or card payment.   
However, you will always receive more love from us when we know in advance you are planning to attend. (Think of our nerves…!)

No tickets are issued.  Your name will be ticked off the TICKETS LIST on entry.

Seating is unreserved.  
VIPs (i.e. those with bad backs or otherwise not match fit) or just those who beg hard and get in quick with the request can bagsy the armchair.  No bribes accepted.
Well, I say that…

If you arrive late, please wait patiently and quietly outside the front door.  We would be grateful if you would kindly not bang on the window or the front door as the sound will penetrate into the performance. This is particularly rotten for classical concerts as you’re bound to do it just as the music drops to ppp and you could hear a pin drop.
Don’t worry.  We will be able to spot you through the door so we’ll know you’re waiting and will let you in at the first available opportunity.  

If you are unable to attend and notify us at least 48 hours in advance, we will do our best to allocate your ticket and refund you. Failing that, we may be able to offer you a ticket credit in some circumstances (at the discretion of the Management).  Sometimes the event will be a hire, in which case the decision will be up to the performers.  
Naturally we will always try to be understanding and flexible.
