Contemporary Opera Marin is an opera company based in Marin County, California, just over the Golden Gate Bridge, north of San Francisco.  Favouring the smaller opera/music theater works of the 20th and 21st century, as well as forgotten gems from past times, it draws on the vast talent pool of professional, pre-professional and dedicated amateur singers in the San Francisco Bay Area, performing in intimate venues throughout Marin County.
